What kind of condition will my poster be in?Back to Top
Most of the posters on Movie Poster Shop are in brand new / mint condition. If you are specifically purchasing an authentic original poster, there may be fold lines or pin holes in the corners. We try to be clear in our descriptions and it should be pretty obvious if you’re buying a pre-hung original.
Why does the tracking information say my poster was delivered but I have not received it yet?Back to Top
This will rarely happen, but if it does, please email us at email@example.com as soon as possible. Include your name, order number, and let us know that the order hasn't been received. We can then file a claim with the shipping provider and issue you a refund or replacement.
How do I know if a poster is in stock?Back to Top
To be safe, our system will only list items that are in stock and available. On very rare occasions, a poster may sell out before the system updates. If that happens, our customer service team will contact you regarding your order. Sometimes we will get a new supply in a matter of days, and we can fill your order then.
How do I return an item?Back to Top
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with the items you have received, please contact our customer service department at firstname.lastname@example.org within 10 business days of receiving your order. Our team will be more than happy to help you. Please include:
- First and last name
- Movie Poster Shop Order Number
- Indicate which item(s) you want to return
- Reason for return (ie: damaged, incorrect item, etc)
Please do not send any items back to us until you have contacted our Customer Service Department and obtained a Return Authorization Number. Without an RA number, we will not be able to accept the return. Please note that we do not refund shipping costs unless there has been an error on our part.

Yes, we offer special rates to customers wanting to purchase 10 or more items at a time. If you are interested in making a wholesale order, please contact our Wholesale Manager at email@example.com.
How are your posters different from other websites?Back to Top
While many vendors offer posters sized 24" x 36", Movie Poster Shop has standard posters sizes of 43" x 62", 27" x 40" and 11" x 17". Not all movies and TV shows will have posters available in all sizes, but our standard 27" x 40" is still larger than other vendors', and looks much better hanging on wall.
Why should I frame my poster?Back to Top
Framing your poster is a great way to turn it into a beautiful piece of artwork! It also protects the poster from dust, sunlight, and fingerprints. We offer framing in our very own studio! This means it's cheaper than your local framing shop and the frame will be designed to fit your exact poster.
We use acrylic Plexiglas on our framed posters. It's lightweight, offers great optical clarity, and won't easily break! We use this to reduce on shipping damages and to ensure lasting products.
Please note that we currently can't frame a 43" x 62" bus shelter poster due to shipping restrictions.
How are your posters packaged for shipping?Back to Top
If you are buying an unframed poster, the item will be carefully rolled with tissue paper and placed inside a reinforced cardboard container. A framed poster will also come in a heavy-duty reinforced cardboard container, though obviously a different shape! All of our posters are packaged to ensure they get to you undamaged and in the described condition.
What if my poster arrives damaged?Back to Top
Sometimes the box can show signs of travel, but the poster inside is perfectly fine. If the poster does arrive damaged, please contact our customer service department at firstname.lastname@example.org within 10 business days of receiving the poster. They will walk you through the steps of getting a replacement or refund.
What about sales tax?Back to Top
We must charge 8.1% Sales Tax on shipments to Nevada residents. Other than that, you’re in the clear!
