Order Confirmation

You will receive an e-mail after you place your order and provide us with a valid e-mail address. This will confirm that your order was received and the e-mail should arrive within 24 Hours.

Order Tracking

We currently are unable to offer our customers a way to track their order, but we are working on it! We hope to have this function working in a matter of weeks, and will include the links to check your order on your confirmation email when this is working.

Change in Your Order Status

On rare occasions, high demand causes us to run out of a particular item. If we don’t have an item that you ordered in stock, our service team will contact you by email immediately. Sometimes we will be able to fill the order in a couple of days, but if we are not able to, we are happy to offer you a refund.
